Two of our female members, who are among our association members, participated in the Erasmus Plus Youth projects held in Turkey and Czechia. Our members, who gained experience in Erasmus Plus projects by taking part in these projects related to Women's Rights, also informed our association about Youth Studies and Erasmus Plus Programs. Our members, who learn new information about the opportunities offered by Erasmus Plus Youth Programs to young people, will transfer their knowledge and experience to our participants in the project implementation.
Subsequently, 3 of our association members participated in the Erasmus Plus Mobility of Youth Workers type project on Gender Equality in Portugal. Thanks to this project called Mobility of Youth Workers, our members had the opportunity to establish intercultural communication, gained experience on how to organize seminars and meetings, and improved themselves in project management. At the same time, by being fully involved in the activities held during the project, they gained new skills in conducting group work activities, developing social dialogue, and using active learning methods. In the Erasmus Plus project, our members who have experience in project management will be responsible for the execution of our project activities.
Finally, another 2 of our members participated in the Erasmus Plus project on "Preventing Violence against Women" in Turkey. Thanks to the activities in this project, our members were informed about women's rights, learned new information about the main goals and priorities of Erasmus Plus projects, and became aware about the importance of the Youthpass Certificate. Our members will take an active part in the activities we want to carry out in our project. In general, our association members have attended multiple conferences and panels, both online and physically.
In addition, we do not have any Erasmus Plus project implementation experience as an association yet. However, as a result of the project writing camps we participated in and conducted within our own body, we aim to progress by being a master in the process and to organize Erasmus Plus projects as an association. We think that we have the necessary capacity and level of knowledge in this regard, and we aim to gain experience in Erasmus Plus projects and to inform people about many issues related to women.
